Best wishes to Chief Rich Swain on his retirement!

Chief Rich Swain retired June 30th from the Spanish Lake Fire Protection District after 40+ years of fire service. Chief Swain was the Fire Chief during the building of their Fire House addition and renovation project, an FGM Architect’s project. FGM would like to offer Rich sincere congratulations on his service to the Fire District and community and best wishes on his well-deserved retirement!
